AUTHOR’S SIGNATURE MASSAGE

1.5–2 hours of disconnection and full-body reset

This is my own signature technique, combining sports massage, relaxation therapy, and movements inspired by Thai massage.

The session begins with an active phase: deep work on muscles, trigger points, and fascia, including targeted stretching of the glutes, back, and the entire posterior chain.

Then, I transition into a gentler phase — a slow, soothing, tactile massage that helps calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.

Especially recommended for active men and athletes.

In many cases, muscles are in a state of hypertonia — constantly tense, with reduced elasticity and limited mobility.

During the session, I focus on reducing excessive muscle tone, restoring flexibility in the muscle fibers, and releasing deep tensions caused by physical exertion.

This approach offers:

SPORTS MASSAGE

HAWAIIAN MASSAGE (LOMI LOMI)

A traditional massage with smooth, continuous hand movements that provide deep relaxation for the body and soul. It improves circulation, relieves tension, and restores energy.

How is the session performed?

The Thai massage I offer is specially adapted to be performed comfortably on a massage table.

It can be done with comfortable clothing or partial draping, depending on your preference.

I use my hands, forearms, elbows, and occasionally knees to apply deep yet gentle pressure.

The massage includes:

  • Muscle stretching
  • Gentle joint mobilization
  • Work along the body’s energy lines (sen)
  • Special focus on key areas such as the lower back, glutes, sciatic nerve, chest, and neck
